November 2016  

The California Acceleration Project's first annual statewide conference will be held on March 9-11, 2017 in Sacramento. Colleges implementing new approaches to placement and remediation in English, reading, ESL, and math are invited to submit proposals by November 30, 2016.

September 2016  

The California Acceleration Project has received a total of $900,000 in new grant funding from the James Irvine Foundation, the California Education Policy Fund, and the College Futures Foundation to help community colleges transform remediation in English and math.
